Polina Kondratyuk has over 15 years of experience in business disputes. She successfully defends the interests of her clients in Russian courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as in international commercial arbitration proceedings. Her key areas of specialization are the settlement of issues related to losses in the field of insurance and reinsurance, resolution of transport and maritime disputes.
Over the past ten years, Polina has acted as a Reporter in the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. In addition, she is an arbitrator in the Russian Arbitration Center and the Russian Arbitration Association.
Before founding her law firm Law bureau, Polina held positions in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, various bar associations, and also worked in the Moscow office of the international law firm Clyde&Co, specializing in insurance, transport and maritime disputes.
