Olga graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University (2014) and received a master's degree from the Russian School of Private Law (2017).
Olga's expertise includes representation in complex international arbitration proceedings on claims for damages from various breaches of contract, as well as in connection with the application of sanctions. Olga has experience working with arbitration rules of Russian and leading foreign arbitration institutions (DIS, LCIA, ICC, ICAC and MAC at the RF CCI).
Since 2018, Olga has been a Reporter at the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Among the MAC cases considered with Olga's participation are disputes in the area of marine insurance, sea and river transportation of goods and port services.
Since 2015, Olga worked in law firms in Berlin and Moscow. Olga participated as a representative of the parties in Russian courts of various instances in disputes arising from supply contracts, distribution relations, reinsurance, violation of customs and antitrust legislation. Olga also advised clients on issues arising in connection with the application of foreign law in contractual legal relations.
Olga is the author of publications on issues of international private law, the application of Incoterms.
