The program is designed for specialists interested in maritime arbitration and the rules of international maritime arbitration in different jurisdictions, the differences in maritime arbitration in Russia, England and China.
The course program covers an overview of the basic concepts and tools used in maritime arbitration, familiarization with the rules of the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Terms of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, the rules of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission and the rules of some arbitration institutions of Hong Kong. During the study of the rules, students will become familiar with judicial and arbitration decisions on maritime cases in the above-mentioned jurisdictions.
As part of the training, students will be able to analyze the rules for preparing arbitration agreements, the rules for initiating and conducting arbitration, the rules for preparing arbitration decisions, the rules for challenging and enforcing arbitration decisions on maritime cases.
Upon successful completion, the student receives a certificate of advanced training of the HSE standard with state registration.
